When Sleep Becomes Difficult
Sleep difficulties rarely have a single cause.
For some, it's difficulty falling asleep. For others, it's waking throughout the night, feeling exhausted despite getting adequate sleep, or struggling to switch off after a stressful day.
Many people spend months or even years trying to improve their sleep without fully understanding what may be contributing to the problem.
Dose of Rest was created to help bridge that gap.

Understanding COMISA
COMISA stands for Co-Morbid Insomnia and Sleep Apnea.
This overlap can make sleep and apnea treatments, such as CPAP, more difficult. COMISA is more complex than having either condition alone and requires an integrated approach.
You may relate if:
You have sleep apnea but still can't sleep
CPAP hasn't solved your sleep difficulties
You wake frequently during the night
You feel tired despite treatment
You have insomnia and suspect something else may be contributing
Dose of Rest has a special interest in supporting people experiencing this often-overlooked overlap.
